At Moth to Flame Candles, each product is hand-poured with intention, love, and a touch of magic. While we hope you adore your order, we understand that sometimes things just don’t align.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. This includes candles, wax melts, room sprays, and all metaphysical goods.

💔 Damaged or Defective Items?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.
Please email us at hello@mothtoflamecandles.com within 5 days of delivery with the following:

Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
✨ Wrong Item Received?
Mistakes can happen—if we sent the wrong product, reach out to us and we’ll fix it at no extra cost to you.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, once your package leaves our hands, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to help provide tracking info or assist in filing a claim.
